This week we said goodbye to three of our volunteers: Gabrielle, Nicholas and Jesse.

Gabrielle's plan is to continue traveling through Colombia and visiting the great northern cities of Cartagena and Santa Martha.
Nicholas will be traveling north to Santa Martha and continue his volunteer work at a local botanical garden. His original plan was to find work and live in Colombia for a few years. Thanks to a recommendation from the San Jorge Jardin Botanico's director here in Ibague, he was able to find the opportunity to continue his work in Santa Martha.
Jesse will stay in Ibague for another month doing short trips around the area and getting to know the locals and plans to fly back home to California at the end of November.
We appreciate their work and dedication at Manos Amigas and hope to welcome them again soon.
